Basic Photo Shoot (Homes up to 2500 sq. ft.): $225
A Basic shoot includes up to 16 photos (interior/exterior) and an
interactive online photo virtual tour with custom agent branding.

Large Photo Shoot (Homes 2500-4000 sq. ft.): $250
This package includes up to 18 photos (interior/exterior) and an interactive
online photo virtual tour with custom agent branding.

Estate Photo Shoot (4000+ sq. ft.): Call for Quote
Includes custom photo virtual tour with branding.

Additional Services

360 Degree Panoramic Images: $25.00 (example)
These interactive 3-D images are the best way to show the true space and
detail of a dramatic room. Look up, down and all around in clear full-screen.
Zoom in anywhere to see further detail… Truly impressive web 2.0 technology.

Custom Hand-made Movie Slideshow: $25.00 (example)
This classy custom slideshow zooms and pans over your photos while subtitles
display the features of each view. Soft music plays as viewers are treated to a
personal showcase of your home.

Exterior Dusk Shot / Repeat Visit: $75.00 (example)
Get the warm twilight glow that Thomas Kincade made famous for your listing! 
Includes, but not limited to four images. This is a per-visit minimum charge.
This dramatic photography technique is great for large houses with large
front windows.

Digital Image Editing/"Photoshopping": $75.00/Hour
Special request digital image editing. Make grass green, skies blue or
remove objects from your images. Please be aware of your MLS rules
regarding image manipulation before choosing this option.

Misc Services

Craigslist Ad: Custom weekly or monthly advertisement packages on Craigslist.
Youtube Video Creation: Put your slideshow on youtube. $20.00/each.

Travel Limitations: Additional charges may be incurred for shoots
beyond 25 miles from my office in Bellevue.
